Unfortunately nothing lasts forever
Watch stop running? Run by a battery? It's probably this.
Did you have a battery replacement, but the watch is still not running? Might need a new movement.
Do you have a solar or light-powered watch? Have you kept it in sunlight or under a bedside lamp, but it still won't work? It might be the capacitor.
Got to make sure you can wear the watch
Has your watch been through thick and thin? Have you worn it every day for the past 10+ years? Is the band falling apart? We can help with that.
Buy a brand new watch? Is your existing watch too loose or tight? Let us readjust it for you!
Lose that buckle for your leather strap? We'll help you find another.
Everyone has one
Did you recently fly on an airplane and the crystal pop off? Did you drop it on concrete? Do you have many scratches from wearing it? We'll either replace the crystal or make it look brand new.
Did the stem of your watch break while trying to reset the time? Did the crown unscrew for no good reason? We'll put it back in for you.
Without movement, life isn't fun
Watch stop running? Get it full of water? Been sitting in Grandpa's drawer for 20 years? This is a very common watch repair. Let us try to get it back up and running for you. With this process, we'll disassemble, clean, reassemble, oil, and adjust to make sure your watch is running as good as new again.
Although the jewels are either Sapphire or Ruby, they still can break or crack. Replacing them is imperative to the longevity of the watch.
This generally happens when an older watch is dropped or falls. This involves removing the balance complete, taking it apart, removing the hairspring, and finally replacing the balance staff.
Prices are subject to change depending on watch. Chapman's Watches, LLC is not responsible for any damage occurred during the mailing process.
