Online Repair Form: For repair requests, please use the online repair form provided on our website. Fill out all required fields accurately to ensure timely processing of your repair.

Shipment Procedure: 

If an estimate for repair is not approved, the following flat rate shipping fees apply:

• Watches under $5,000: $20 flat rate
• Watches $5,000 and above: $30 flat rate

Please Note: Chapman's Watches is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods during shipping. It is recommended to insure your shipment for its full value to protect against potential loss or damage.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Chapman's Watches, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

6-Month Warranty on Vintage Watches: Chapman's Watches provides a 6-month warranty on vintage watches, excluding coverage for electrical components, winding and setting parts, balance stem, and water damage, unless specifically certified during watch repair.

1-Year Warranty on Modern Watches: Chapman's Watches provides a 1-year warranty on modern watches, excluding coverage for electrical components, winding and setting parts, balance stem, and water damage, unless specifically certified during watch repair.
