Every estimate is provided free of charge per repair. Should anything arise during the watch's repair that requires additional work, one of our attentive watchmakers will provide you with a detailed, tailored explanation before any further work is performed on the watch.
Our watchmakers can replace the battery in any watch brand, including luxury and vintage models. We use only high-quality batteries to ensure long-lasting performance.
Our watchmakers will search for a quartz movement to install if the old one does not work after the battery is replaced.
We can source any watch band that you want. Whether that be a NATO or a bespoke leather strap, we will ensure it is to your liking and install it for you.
If your watch crystal is cracked or scratched, our team can replace it with a new one. We can source a variety of crystals to fit any brand/ model. If we cannot find it, we can get it tailor-made for your watch.
If your watch is running out of normal, or you have not had it looked at in a while, it might be due for service. Our watchmakers will take it in, provide an estimate, disassemble, clean, reassemble the watch, and get it running like new again.
Sometimes parts are unavailable due to age, discontinuation, or non-existence. In this case, our team can make almost any mechanical part from raw materials. They will then make sure it blends in with everything around it.
Over time, dials can become tarnished, sunburnt, or faded. While some people prefer this look, others might want to make it look brand new. For this, we partner with an off-site repair facility that specializes in it.
